Weston's Rights:

1) I have the right to a spotless litter box. One turd too many and I have the right to leave a present on your pillow as a subtle reminder.

2) I have the right to total freedom. If you try and restrict me, I will escape anyway and destroy your things.

3a.) I have the right to decline clothing. Anything you make me wear can and will be destroyed in a matter of minutes.

3b.) I also have the right to chew on your clothing. It's insulting when you say that I am grooming you. I am merely tryimg to prove to you what I have been saying all along: clothes-less is comfortable.

4a.) I have the right to meals in a timely fashion (which is determined by me).

4b.) I also have the right to whatever food I want, even if it is sitting on "your" (and I use that term loosely) plate.

5) I have the right to a silent room when I am trying to sleep. It is your responsibility to keep my fur-siblings quiet at this time as well.

With rights come responsibilities, Weston. And you wouldn't want the responsibilities necessary for all these rights you want. 3a} is the only one I think you have a chance of getting.
