Went to showmanship this morning

I was really nervous about using Batty in showmanship, as I had had trouble flipping him over (I put his ears between my fingers, that never worked). But, surprisingly...I got reserve champion! (out of 16). I am sooo happy.

The way I flipped him over is holding both the ears with your index and second finger and his fur with your pinkie and fourth finger. It works really well for me.

I also got reserve champion for a poster that I didn't even think would place! It was on rex fur and how it is different and how it's that way.

My friend was practicing with us beforehand with her children and taught us to turn to the side when the judge walks by. The first time he did that when I was showing, I was the only one who did it! Afterward, about five more people did it as well.
