Umm is it bad that my rabbit has chewed up 2 plastic rabbit bowls? I'm not sure he ate it or just chewed.

First, remove the bowl and get him a metal one so this doesn't happen again. Second, give him lots of water (a bowl preferably that way he doesn't have to work really hard for the water) so he can wash the pieces of the bowl down if he did eat some of them. Third, I don't see any hay in that photo, but give him LOTS of hay. Hay will keep his digestive tract moving and keep him from getting sick.
If he stops eating, drinking, pooping, moving around, etc. take him to the vet ASAP because he could have a blockage. If this does happen, the vet will give him fluids and they will need to do an x-ray to see if there is a blockage. If he does have a blockage they will need to do surgery to remove it.
