Traumatic birth need advice asap

My doe kindled June 6th. She had 4 kits. All 4 of them for stuck & were pulled out. Obviously non lived. This was her 3rd litter. The other 2 were successful with no deaths.
My question is, how long should she be spotting blood. It is not a lot of blood & doesn't have an odor. None of my does have spotted blood that I've seen, before. Im assuming it's because she had a somewhat traumatic birth.
Any knowledge or advice is welcome.

I am not sure and can't answer that question I can only say I had two does give birth on June 1st and June 2nd they where spotting for about 2 or 3 days after. Not a lot of blood just where they were sitting and when they went in the litter box. All I can say is keep an eye on her if her behaviour changes you may need a vet visit.
