Does anyone know how to train rabbits, hoping to train my male rabbit to walk on a harness, i have seen people do it before and i thought i could give him more excise but also help us bond more.

Have you taught him to get use with the harness and the leash.
If he’s use with them you can teach him to walk, you can teach a rabbit to go a round same routine everyday, for example jumping around the house.
The direction you want to go and so on.
Myself it’s to lazy teaching my rabbits were to walk, so I just follow them or just let them run lose with the harness on in a open space.
Or letting them run lose with the leash after them.
But I had taught my first bunny. That when I said home he would jump the whole way home without going any where else.
I could have walked 10 mins away from the house while carrying him and say home and he would run to the house with harness and leash [emoji5]
