What kind of toy should I get my rabbit? I already have a rabbit rattle and chew toys, but she won't chew or play with them.

Moved to the Rabbits Only forum.:)

Some rabbits are picky. What kind of rattles and chew toys doyou have? Mine don't usually like chew blocks from the petstore, unless they're fruit branches or something. Untreatedwicker baskets, willow balls, or grapevine wreaths are very popularhere. So are plastic cat jingle bell toys and cheap plasticbaby keys. Grass mats are loads of fun too.

Cardboard boxes, newspaper, and cardboard toilet rolls are lots offun. Hay makes everything more fun too, when you stuff itinto things like the boxes, toilet rolls, baskets, etc.

Have you checked out Bunny 101 yet? Here's the Toy thread:

Different bunnies will like different things, so don't be surprised if your rabbit has a different opinion on her toys.;)

I put hay in toilet paper rolls. She likes that.I also have the cat toy that has the bell inside of it, she doesnt playwith that either.I have tried a lot of the flavored chewsticks.:purplepansy:She wont do anything with anything!

Check out the thread I gave you. Here's one of the websites from it that I really like.

None of my rabbits really like flavored chew toys. The onlypet store chew toys they like are the natural branches with bark onthem, especially the ones that were cut from fruit trees. Butthere's so many other toys to try, and you can't expect a bunny to likeevery toy out there. Different rabbits like different toys.
