Toe question

A while ago I was cutting Onzlo's nails andnotice that he was missing one on his front foot. He has a little stubwhere it should be. And it doesn't seem to be hurting him at all oranything, but I was wondering if the nail might start to growunderneath it if there were a way to tell before it started to hurthim. I don't know if he was just born with out the nail or ripped itoff. As far as I know, he was nailess when I got him.

It probably got ripped out... as painful as that sounds it happened to Guin...

I was clipping her nails a couple months ago and went for the dewclaw... and there was no dewclaw. Poor girl musta gotten itstuck on something. It has since grown back, but boy I HATEtrimming those ones, the way they curl in, I am always afraid I amgunna hurt her
