As I sit on the floor with my 4month old male not neutered rabbit, I question whether or not I should pick up the poop Mr. Pepper decided to leave around to show that this space is his. At least I think that the poops he scatters around the floor is territorial...

Should I pick up after him or leave them on the floor until he's back in his closed cage?

I sometimes found that he gets a bit aggressive when he catches me cleaning up his brown marbles..

It's up to you, if you pick them up then pop them in his litter tray and he might get the hint. Bunnies have much much more sensitive noses than us so even if you pick up the poop he'll still be able to smell his scent in the area.

Be warned though, marking with poop can turn into marking with sprays of urine and that's much more messy! so you might want to plan neutering in the near future :)
