I decided to make a blog for my first english angora litter. I will post daily or almost daily pics of them in this thread.
The parents of this litter are Star a REW english angora
And Pancake a Chocolate tort english angora
Day one
Star left me a nice little present in the nest box, I tried to stay up to watch her and finally went to bed around 4, she must have had them shortly after because I woke up at 8 and she had a nestbox full of kits waiting for me.
a little later that day I pulled them out and discovered there were 7 babies, 3 dark which I could tell were chocolate based and 4 light ones that I thought might be REW
Day 3 they had some hair. I could tell that I had 2 chocolates and a chocolate agouti

The 4 lighter colored ones, still not sure at this point if they are fawn, lilac tort, or chocolate tort. All three are possible with the parents genetics.
and today is day 4 they have furred out a little more and their colors are a little more clear now.
The chocolates are actually the largest and smallest in the litter
The chocolate agouti see the start of eye rings and the white inside it's ears this baby is going to be the same color as Furby.
And the 4 light ones
I'm thinking this one is lilac tort
Possible second lilac tort
Fawn or chocolate tort?
