How old is the bunny and how long have you had her?

Thumping, kicking, stomping is usually a sign that the bunny is sensing danger or alerting you something of interest... It doesn't usually accompany ordinary walking around and hopping unless it's trying to tell you something.

Sometime Penelope will thump at agility. I think she does it to show that she does it because she wants to, not because I want her to. :p She is kinda moody and opinionated anyway.

Most rabbits will thump to signal danger or that they are annoyed with you.
