I'm guessing you're asking why unspayed rabbitsare more likely to get uterine cancer? I don't know for sure but it'slikely to be related to the amount of hormones released into her body.In the wild a doe is likely to spend pretty much all of her timepregnant. As a pet she won't be - hopefully!! - and so the hormonalbalance will be very different which may well cause cancer of herreproductive organs to develop. I'm not an expert in rabbit physiologybut from what I know of other species it seems the most likely answer.
