My rabbit started producing smelly poop recently. (About 3-4 days ago)
Before that, her poop is normal, dry and round and not smelly.
But recently, her poop start to stink, and is not as hard as before. (Like I can compress it with some pressure)

Her diet didn't change, still the same brand of pellets and hay. What could be the problem?
Thanks in advance!

These are probably cecotrophs. Especially if they're smaller and kind of look like a grape cluster. Normally rabbits eat them since they contain essential nutrients for their GI tract as well as B vitamins. Sometimes they get distracted or forget to eat them and we get to find them.

If all of your rabbit's poops are soft and smelly, I would urge you to contact a vet or at least bring in a fecal sample.
