Bunny is around 6 months old now and we had him neutered two weeks ago. He wouldn’t comply with the painkillers given by the vet even though we tried to syringe feed them several times a day. It smells horrible so I can imagine why he wouldn’t want to have this.

He’s been running around since but for two days now we’ve noticed that his poop is small in size-half if it’s usual size and also not quite as round. He’s eating hay regularly and drinking water as he normally does.

Should i be worried?

I think it’s just a little hormone imbalance from the neuter. Their hormones are crazy for 2 months after their surgery. The only thing I can think of besides that is if you introduced a new food that his stomach disagrees with (but that would make the poops mushy and I don’t think your buns are). But my guess is a hormone imbalance. Maybe a picture of the poops would help?
