Not necessarily. Males of most mammals have nipples. Dogs, cats, humans. Only way to tell for sure is to check the naughty bits.

I took Bowser out of her cage tonight, and holymolly... she's got huge! She at least doubled in size since we firstgot her... it's amazing... She's getting large!
