Satin Rabbits

Hey guy's very soon I will be getting my first satin rabbit and early next year I will be in a breeding program working with them as a breed but in the shaded gene. I will be getting hopefully a orange buck soon as a show rabbit and pet then I will be getting rabbits from NSW to breed with and help improve the gene. Ill post pictures later when I get him and about the breeding when it begins.
I will be naming my first satin Peter, and I cant wait to get him

Do you know that orange is an agouti color and shouldn't be bred to shaded?

My Orange buck will be getting desexed and kept away from other satins

Shaded colors include sable point, siamese sable, seal, blue seal. Shaded genes also cause frostys.

You can also get unrecognized colors like totters. Shadeds also mess up the rings in agouti colors
