Red Swollen Bumps on Nose - Turned Black

Hey there! I'm going to take my rabbit to the vet but I'm hoping someone might recognize these symptoms in the meantime.

First Scotch had two rather large swollen bumps on her nose that looked like she may have been bitten by something, but now they have both turned black. It is a scab or something worse?

I would guess Rabbit Syphilis or some type of fungus. Is there anything anywhere else on her body?
