Rabbit with bald spot. Help!!

We bred my holland lop doe about 3 weeks ago and lately she has gotten a bald spot on her head. Bald spots can be signs of false pregnancy but could it also be a sign of Nesting or a real pregnancy? Hair has started to grow back but it is very short. Should I be concerned? The skin isn’t flakey and I have checked for parasites and stuff.
