One of my rabbits has been whimpering for hours. Does anyone know what this could be. It stops when I stroke her. I feel sorry for her also worried.

Is this a new rabbit or one that's been with you a while? Has anything changed in her environment, like a new pet in the house? Is she still eating, drinking, and pooping normally? Is she spayed?

If she's not eating, and especially if it's been more than 12 hours since she last ate very well, she's likely in pain from illness or injury and needs to be seen by a knowledgeable rabbit vet right away.

I think she was just in need of some affection/attention.
I am less worried now than I was earlier.
Poops, eating both normal. Drinking water as usual.
I was a bit worried about them gnawing the leather furniture.
Thank you for replying.
