I am not sure where you live in the Ohio area but this is a great vet in the Columbus area http://www.cvrec.org/avianexotics.htm

She has special exotic certifications and has taught exotics at The Ohio State University. The vet clinic is also open 24-7 as they are an emergency clinc though the exotic vet, Dr. Olgesbee is only there M-F.
