Question about moving rabbit or not

Currently the house we are renting does not have heat due to the furnace not working and the landlord putting off fixing it at this point. We have a space heater for the colder nights since we have no idea when we will have heat again.
My question is since I am running the space heater on low now almost constantly and going to be moving it into the bedroom where all of us will sleep should I also move the rabbit in with us or leave him where he is. I know they can take colder temps then it ever gets in here right now but also read they do not need a constant temperature change either. Right now he is in the living room where the heater is during the day and we will be sleeping in the master bedroom in the back of house with the heater from now on.

If it's not too cold the bunny should be alright. You can set up the hutch with a box for shelter if it's big enough.
