We went and picked up our newest rescue bun, Pippin, last night. He had been found wandering around in an alley, presumably dumped there. The people who found him contacted us after having him for the night in which he had only been fed celery and carrot, and eating who knows what before then. We were a tad concerned last night because his poop was so tiny, misshapen, dry and very hard, we were hoping he wouldn't have any kind of GI problems.
So we provided him with a ton of hay and Oxbow pellets for the night.
We woke up this morning to a mountain of poop and it's absoloutly amazing, the change in it just from one night of eating right.
Just thought it might be an interesting little thing to post, how quickly a good diet starts to do good for the system
Here's a picture of the little guy (And I mean little!).
