Preventing Gnawing?

I read that rubbing a bar of natural soap on asurface will stop the bun from gnawing. But what kind? I triedGrandpa's Pine Tar Soap (which is pretty pungent), but Daisy actuallylikes it!:shock: Many of these soaps have appealingflavors/scents which would proibably be even worse.

(She does not gnaw when outside the cage but on the wood inside the cage, which wakes me up at night.)

hehe.. i dont know about 'natural', but we useIvory soap for that purpose. the buns wont touch anything we've freshlyrubbed with it! and will actually run from the bar LOL.. but my two areextremely scent sensitive..
