How much does a pregnant doe gain on average?

My doe is hopefully 3 weeks pregnant, has been nesting, is being aggressive if I go near her tummy and has gained 260g so far

It depends on the breed and how much food she gets daily.

You can't really determine pregnancy from a rabbit's weight. Many rabbits don't gain any weight at all. Some rabbits go through false pregnancies and gain weight. Some owners start feeding extra after breeding, without confirming if they're pregnant, the rabbis gain weight from that. (btw I don't recommend that, I don't change the rabbit's feeding schedule until a couple days before birth). Unlike other species that human often deal with (humans, dogs, horses), rabbits are born relatively underdeveloped so they don't weigh much at all compared to the mother.
