He is tunning around normally. His neuter was the 11th.

Not a vet and not fluent in seeing many rabbit cases following a neuter, but that amount of swelling(?) seems abnormal and I recommend consulting with the operating vet. Here is a video showing a rabbit's genital region following a neuter (post-neuter check-up; approx. 1 week after), and you'll notice there is no swelling whatsoever:
