One of the front top incisor teeth of my bunny Dusky's is missing along of the peg tooth. I had just put him in his cage to eat his hay and I took him out and his tooth was missing. o.o Totally worried and not sure what's happened. I was too take him for a check up for his teeth as his peg teeth were going sideways... seems I was too late.
There is no bleeding and the animal emergency clinic says it could grow back if the tooth root is still in. He's still pretty bouncy and ever so resistant at having his teeth checked. :s
When I used pellets with more calcium (country harvest, NRM) his teeth would grow straight but if I used pellets with lower calcium (Oxbow ) they would start going sideways.
Please help? If anyone with experience in this could give some advice please?
I'm so worried about what could happen because of this
