PLEASE HELP! Strange bump on nose

hello people i have a question concerning my bunny. well i have a bunny named Mr.Whiskers he is about 4months old and a dwarft bunny. he has somthing really wierd on his nose and i am worried. does anyone no what it is and how to treat it??? it is red looking but has some purple and green and its splitting his nose in half

What? This is extremely strange, I've never heard of it. Is it a bruise?

Do you live in the UK or Australia? It could be a myxoma from myxomatosis.

Thanks Jim. If you are in the US, myxomatosis is very very rare so it won't be that. I don't know what it could be, other than some kind of bruise and cut on the nose, which may need stitches and will certainly need some strong pain meds. I urge you to go to the emergency vet ASAP.
