[Rabbit the Habit]

We attempted to breed this pair last Sunday. After about 30 minutes of attempts and chasing each other around they decided to take a break. It was warm outside maybe about 83/84 degrees so I put a 2 liter ice bottle inside the hutch with them. Took this picture and wanted to share.:biggrin2:

We watched them for a couple hours with several unsuccessful attempts. They would end up grooming each other around their eyes and face, and just hanging out like old friends. After fealing confident they would be fine together I worked around the yard doing chores and occasionally checking on them. Ended up leaving them together overnight for a total time together of about 18 hours. Cannot say whether anything happened but we seperated them after that and marked the calander just in case. Rabbits are good about surprises so we will see.

Maybe they just wanted a cuddle and some grooming together? As you want them to have bred though, I hope they did eventually
