I have fed my bun pet grass that i got from petco which it stated it was meadow grass. Itwas for pretty much all animals; cats, buns, piggies, etc...my bun loved it! that was a while ago and a bit expensive. i was at walmart today and in the cat section i noticed they started carrying "Vita-Greens" all natural grass treat, it is geared towards cats, but i looked what was in it and it contained:

Barley (variety not stated) 39.66%

Oats (variety not stated) 39.66%

Wheat (variety not stated) 19.83%

other crop see 0.56%

would that be safe for bun to eat? I thought it was a good price and i know he would enjoy. i just want to be safe before i start growing it and feeding it to him.

thanks

You could check if your local grocery store carries Wheat grass, it would be in the produce section.

I get mine from Albertsons, and it is only about $2.00.

I feed my rabbits grass from our garden. That's okay right?

Yes, as long as it hasn't been treated with any fertilizers or chemicals.
