Personality Change?

Cotton is about 2 years old now and we have had an incredibly strong bond, usually she binkies a lot and throughout the day she lays on the couch with me and falls asleep on my lap, though within the past month and a half she has not only been acting like I'm a predator ready to attack her, but she is increasingly territorial about the couch and will not sit along side me anymore... It's really starting to hurt my feelings, my very tame rabbit who is indifferent to being held now struggles and runs from me... She still grooms me and kisses me, but something is off...

Perhaps she's not feeling well? I've heard that behavioral changes in bunnies can mean they might be sick.

Is she spayed? It could be a hormonal thing, like a false pregnancy.
