PenicillinG / Bicillin question

I've accidentally left the bicillin bottle out of the refrigerator for two days, in a relatively cool room. We do shots every other day, so from last time. I just wonder if it could go "bad". Thanks.

Label says: PenicillinG / Benzathine / Procaine
Has a 'Keep in refrigerator' sticker, so we always store there.

I did this once by accident.. I assume it separated a bit? It separates even when it's cool...
But, just to err on the side of caution, I would toss it.. I did just for my piece of mind.

I've used Bicillin in the past with my previous bun (for abscesses) and I'm sorry to say that, in order to be in the safe side, you should throw it away. 2 days in room temperature is not good for the drug.

Had also read if you reconstitute it yourself, leave it out no more than 24 hours at room temp.

I went and got a new mix. I didn't mind buying the new one, its just last night we realized too late and I didn't want to skip a day. Thanks again everyone.
