In my garden we have a large amount of different veggies and herbs one being parsley. Our garden is over run by parsley which ends up being pulled up and left to dry out. I was wondering if the bunnies could eat the dried roots as a treat?:anotherbun:carrot

I would think they're ok, since the actual parsley is safe for them to eat (albeit in moderation due to the calcium and oxylate amounts) and the roots can be eaten by humans. The roots would qualify as a non-leafy green; the rule of thumb for those is no more than 1 TBSP per 2 lbs body weight per day, which would allow for a decent-sized treat from time to time.

My buns love Parsley! Roots and leaves, in moderation though. Go for it I'm sure your buns will love it!
