Outdoor cage

Hi im moving Coco outside soon as spring comes and have brought him a lovely big cage with a run attached . Now I’m a bit worried about him been in the cold so could anyone advise me what’s best to put in his hutch to keep him warm ? He has a litter tray which is where I put his hey but would I need to put extra hay for warmth or do I pack it with straw? . Thank you. Xxx

You could put bedding in the hutch. You can also put blankets in it too. If you have the option of getting heat lamps that would be nice as well.

It's not advisable to house single rabbits outdoors. Could you get him a friend? Great advice on outdoor housing here: Outdoor Housing

I am planning on getting a friend for him, so he won’t be in his own but I will definitely have a read though that outdoor housing thank you for that xx
