Out of the box

Blackie's babies came out of the box yesterday,they are 18 days old. Blacky had 9 but the runt died at 3 days and a broken black died on the wire at 10 days, it must have hung on while she was leaving. Blacky is not one of my favorites, she has an attitude problem, always grumpy looking. When I pat her she looks like she is thinking "grrrr... I really don't want to like this but if you insist" But she is an awsome Mom. She used to bite me and scratch my armwhen I would check her babies but now she just gives me"the look" Look how fat they are.

This little guy is my favortite, I just love his face.

Also is the brown one a special colour name or is it just an agouti?

Yes I belive that the brown one you have is a Black Tortoisehell

Mom is breed unknown to me, she is a medium size weighing about 6 lbs. Dad is a california cross, i think he has some kind of lop in him, 1 ear up and 1 down, he too wieghs about 6 lbs
