I'm guessing that's an auto-correct from guinea pig to skinny pig? I'm afraid I don't have any advice though in that regard.

Unfortunately I don't know any skinny pigs forums (assuming you do mean skinny pigs) but I have been subscribed to a YouTuber who would probably know and tends to respond to comments. Sorry for the advertising but she's skinnypigs1 and she has a rabbit too

I am sure they will have information about skinny pigs as well. Care is much the same, just specialized a bit for skinny pigs.
