Odd Growth(?) on Rabbit’s Privates

I recently noticed this on one of my intact bucks. It doesn’t seem painful and I don’t believe it’s getting any bigger. Is it something I should be concerned about? Should I bring him to the vet?
You can’t see it very well but it’s mostly pink with a little bit of yellow (kind of looks like a pimple).

This has come up before. If it's just one or two, I believe it's a build up of sebum in the hair follicle. If it's widespread with a whole bunch of pustules or skin lesions, it could be a bacterial skin infection or rabbit syphilis.

That looks like the hair follicle build up. It usually goes away in a few days or weeks time. However, if the condition worsens and/or gets red and inflamed, contact your vet.
