O/T Photos

Well I thought I was on my way having got theavatar done, but I'm having problems with the photos. I've resized themdown to around 450 pixels or less and got them onto photobucket but howdo I get them from photobucket onto the topic? When I hit the insertimagebutton it comes up as Explorer User Prompt with Scriptprompt and User URL underneath and then a white box where it obviouslywants me to type something. What does it want me to type? What happensnext? You can tell I don't work with computers can't you .

I tried doing one as an attachment from my documents, but it said it was too big?

Any help very appreciated

On photobucket the 3rd line under the pictureshould say something like"

" (without the spaces)

Just copy and paste that and you get this
