Nubbles violating Bob

So our female bunny Nubbles was spayed back in July and her humping of me and my boyfriend stopped.A few months later we got a male bunny (Bob!), who is so far un-neuteredand they've been bonded for probably over a month now. This past week though I've noticed Nubbles is humping Bob's face! Before that he was all humping HER from time to time and now she's doing it to him. Is this just a power play going on between them? I thought that once she got spayed the humping thing would stop with her. Anyone ever experience this?

For Bob it's hormonal ...un-neutered males are relentless humpers and sprayers
for Nubbles it's Power ..she's trying to assert dominance
