no love after neuter

Bijoux really seemed to enjoy being with me and ever since his neuter (about 3 weeks ago) he doesn't seem to come to me, on his own,unless he wants food.

Is this normal? What should I be doing to strengthen the bond again?

Unfortunately some male rabbit behavior is altered when the hormones are diminished.. his courting behavior is over.

this is normal for a developing rabbit that is neutered . i would just spend time sitting with him and let him feel comfortable with your presence. he may not be a cuddler anymore and then again maybe he will

it has not been that long after his surgery for you to know.

This is one of the reasons that some people dispose of Easster rabbits after they start to grow up
a baby rabbit will often allow cuddling but it is seldom that an adult rabbit will be really cuddly(this is true for mine but I have rescues who have had difficult lives)

it is still best to neuter as many adult males spray urine and sometimes bite

Just give him a chance and see what evolves.
