I would suggest not getting to hung up on someone elses design. You need to find what works for you, your rabbits, and the space you have. What I have made might not suit you.
Look for ideas and thinks you can do as well as get an idea of how you want to build it and the materials you will use. It can help to play around and you may end up re doing it later.

As Korr_and_Sophie was saying, it's better not to copy someone else's design exactly. I've seen a LOT of peoples' set-ups and I've never seen two that were exactly the same! Everyone tailors their creation to their own needs, wants and preferences.
If you figure out the approximate size/number of levels you want but get stuck trying to make some of the smaller decisions, feel free to ask here for advice! I love brainstorming condo ideas, so I'm always up for offering my thoughts on how someone can accomplish what they're wanting to do
