New Vaccination

The rabbit vaccination campaign here is next Tuesday and we just received the letter with more details about it...

This year, there is a new vaccine available which combines the Myxi and VHD vaccines into one. It will also provide a full year of protection vs. only 6 months. On top of that, it's even cheaper. So instead of being pricked twice on the same day, every 6 months, they'll get one prick a year.

This sounds great of course but I was wondering if anyone has already had experience with this new vaccine and if they heard or experienced any adverse effects from it?

Unfortunately in the United States, there are no vaccinations for bunnies.

We don't need the vaccine here in the Americas because we don't have myxi.
