The little black rabbit my husband brought home got spayed yesterday and is doing great. My male flemish weaseled his way into her pen and I was afraid he might have gotten her pregnant. Even though they are both young I didn't want to take any chances and I was grateful I was able to get her in two days later.
So she is recovering quite well and it turned out she wasn't pregnant. We did find out more about her age, she is at least 4 months old. I haven't gotten an actual birth date yet but I'm hoping to.
My daughter named her Sophie and we are probably going to keep her unless things don't go well for some reason. I can't imagine things will get that bad though.
