Hello and welcome!
If this is a wild baby rabbit, please release it back outside as soon as possible. Observe the property surrounding you- if you can find where the nest might be, turn it loose there. At 3-5 weeks, kits are starting to eat solid foods and while you could attempt to hand raise it, the chances of it surviving are a lot less than if you put it back where the cat found it.

If it's a wild cottontail(as opposed to a feral domestic breed) and is old enough to hop around and eat solid food, it should be released, preferably somewhere where the cat won't get it. But if it's still too young to take care of itself , it's best to take it to a wildlife rehabber(and usually required by law in most states), preferably one that specializes in small animal rehab and not predators.
