Now that Nala has gotten comfortable being around my dog Simone she is constantly running around her and trying to get under her. MY mom and I began to wonder if she was trying to nurse. She's around 4 mos now, but I got her when she was around 7 weeks old. Is it possible that this behavior could be because she was taken from her mom too early?

It's unlikely, beause many bunnies are separated around that age.

Does she try to get under the dog when the dog is lying down, or standing up? I'm just wondering if this could be a dominance issue and Nala wanting to be dominant over the dog. The hormones will probably be starting to kick in, and so her behaviour with your dog may change in the following weeks and months.

Maybe she's being hormonal, not in a dominance way but in a more explicit way.
