Buns do eat a lot of hay so a bun that eats plenty of hay is a good thing. Hay helps with their digestion and also helps to keep their teeth worn down so that they do not grow too long.

My baby bunny (12 week old and weighs 834 grams) eats three big 22 oz bowls overflowing with timothy hay everyday, he's had two bowls today and he's in the hay bag grazing right now. Hay is good and every veterinarian I have spoken to or article I have read says unlimited grass hays. I took a photo of what my bunny will eat in the next 6 hours.

Oh, welcome and super cute bun you have!

I agree with the others. Buns should hace acess to as much hay as they want its good for them and its good for their teeth too.

Oh and welcome to RO! You have a really cute bunny! :)
