My bunny died after 1 week of her operation

So i have a 3 year old male rabbit who had his neutering 2 years ago and was fine, i had my 6 month old female rabbit neutered a week last Wednesday, a week later ( this morning ) she had passed away and i can only presume it was the operation as they said 3 days ago it wasn’t healing great but was getting better. She seemed to be fine she was running about etc.However i feel so upset by this and i am so confused to how she has passed, does anyone have any other idea?

I'm so sorry for your loss .

Have you brought her to the vet? Maybe you could have asked for autopsy. Neuter complications can happen unforunatley. (From what I know it's not that common though, and most of the deaths occur due to a complication from the anesthesia and not the actual operation)
