It's not screened in, but when we first moved in there we had her in that porch area for a while during the time we got settled in the house. She seemed to like it there and our neighbor used to feed her veggies from his garden.

Aww, that looks like bunny heaven (at least in the spring, summer and fall).

BTW, I have twobunnies who hate cold, two who love it.

Bunnies need to be entertained, and it doesn't sound like there's much to see, hear or smellin the basement. And if they're in a traffic area, there's more chance of interaction with people.

Just REALLY make sure the cage/hutch is VERY secure. I've seenpotential predators herecome right up to the porch.

Ooohhh...that looks so pretty! Lots for a bunny to see and hear! That would be my first choice. Who cares if it's screened in? She'll love the view AND the neighbors carrots!
