im sorry sweetpeasmommie, that must be so hardfor you, knowing that your little boy is out there living with someoneelse, and not living with his mummy.

even though he is in good hands it still must be pretty hard.

has your hubby tried any medication for his allergies?

i know my youngest son jeremy who is 10 is allergic to pet fur,hes alsoallergic to almost everything,he just gets a very very bad stuffy nose.

i had taken him to the doctors who then sent him to seeaallergy specialist, who then told us the bad news,he didprescribe this very expensive nose spray, and it has worked great, but ido have to vaccum and do the dusting quite often,a few times a day, ihave also got rid of my carpet so now i have lino through my home, itsso much healthier without the carpet now.

just look at that sweet face,no wonder why you miss him so much,im sure he misses his mummy as well.

SPM, i hope you didn't take it wrong, i thought i'd inject a bit of humor. I know it's hard to lose a bun for any reason.

now posting as PIPP!, ,
Angel and DJ tried everything to keep Meathead,I read all those posts when they were trying to deal with it, I felt sobad for them. But a big bunny means big hair.

I'm so sorry - I can't begin to imagine having to give up Tiny....

At least you have pictures of his time with you - and perhaps in the future they'll comfort you and not hurt so bad...

Bunman it is no biggie. I knew that it was humor.

Thank you all. Yes DJ has tried pretty much everything and we can notget rid of carpets since we rent and we can not afford nose spray andinjections right now. But DJ said on the long run if things get betterwith our finances and we can afford meds for him. WE can get anotherbun. I know that it is not MeatHead or Abby but at least we could haveone.

Tell you what though I am glad that he is not allergic to all animalsbut cats and buns. We have one dog and 6 guinea pigs. If we had to getrid of them all I would be devastated.

:hug:I know what a hard decision thatmust have been for you. It would devastate me ifcircumstances forced me to give up my babies. You did whatyou had to and no one faults you for it. {{{HUGS}}}

Here are some pics of him and Strawberry when he arived to his new home.

MeatHead's girlfriend Strawberry

MeatHead talking to Strawberry right next to his cage

MeatHead checking out his treats I left for him

MeatHead yelling at Jess for taking his litterpan

The only way she can tell them apart is their tattoos. MeatHead has #5 and Strawberry has Straw on hers.

Hi Angel,

I'm not sure how I missed all of this :?

I'm so sorry that you had to make the decision to rehome MH, but glad that he went to Tina.

Prayers and good thoughts sent your way.
