Mini or holland lop?

Just curious.. Mini or holland. 6-8 months old. Thanks

Do you know the weight? Hollands are supposed to be around 3-4 pounds, but since they have the dwarfing gene, some can be bigger if they don't get it. Mini lops are about 5-6.5 pounds.

He does look more like a Holland Lop to me.

Most likely a Mini Lop because of the longer ears, and he appears to be chestnut agouti in color. Chestnut is common in Mini Lops, but uncommon in Holland Lops.

However, physical traits are not always particularly telling. Adult weight would be the best indicator.

Looks more Mini lop to me too. The head shape and ears are not even close to Holland lops- Hollands have a much more squared up head (Apple-ish) I know poorly bred ones that could pass for Mini's but are actually hollands.
Plus what Oakridge said- the color too. I've gotten 1 chestnut EVER in the 6 years I bred Hollands and I aimed for color.
