After spay duty is very stressful! I've been there multiple times, up all night making sure they are staying warm, starting to eat, and ok. It's such a relief to get that first day over with and see them starting to poop again and start nibbling food on their own. You're getting there, she seems to be on the right track and improving nicely. It's great that you have such a good bond with her that she seeks you out for comfort when not feeling well. Not all rabbits will do that.
