Lump under left eye?

Just brought Raby to the vet last week because of small case of conjunctivitis and possible mites (shes on revolution now and eye drops). I was just rechecking her today and I noticed, for the first time, a lump under her left eye. At first it felt like a dog tick but after searching the skin it seemed to be underneath.

What should I do?! Looks like another trip to the vet ASAP unless anyone thinks otherwise. Crazy stuff:?

I'd also like to add that it is a small white lump with a big hair sticking out of it. It's very odd.
